Here’s something that will shake you. 18 billion pounds of plastic waste flows into the oceans every year from coastal regions. But how can one person help with this? Well that’s the equivalent of five grocery bags of plastic trash sitting on every foot of coastline around the world. Be mindful of the packaging you use. You never know which creatures are living in that foot of space.
In today’s world, climate change has never been more prevalent. Looking for a way to contribute, I realized the best thing I could offer was awareness. Or better yet, interactive awareness. We all know how our planet is suffering, but feeling and experiencing the terrains of mother earth is something different all together.
